Planning, overseeing and executing projects to ensure completion in a detailed and timely fashion.

Planning logistical arrangements with all departments, managing workload and priorities, providing induction programs for joiners.
Managing, updating employees on Oracle HCM, supporting new
employees to use the self-service features.
Organize and facilitate meetings with government officials and entities.
INCL; (HAAD, FANR, DHA, MoH, GPSSA, CB, MoF, etc.)
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory, ensuring
all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Active engagement and enhancing the image of the law in Dubai.
Efficiently managing and following up on criminal cases such as fraudulent activities, cybercrimes, AML, corruption and bribery.
Analyzing, initiating and issuing arrest warrants, travel bans, interpol communications domestically and internationally.
Formulating tasks and guidelines to improve work flow and department efficiency.
Actively involved in managing corporate accounts, short term funding
including working capital finance, current accounts, time deposits and
long term loans.
Preparing and forwarding client cashflow, balance sheets and proposals
to the credit department for approval.
Providing operational support on a day-to-day basis to other departments.
Building and maintaining effective and lasting relationship with new and
existing customers.
Analyzing and evaluating new and renewal lending proposals, negotiating
terms with clients.
