• Monitoring competency of national GCC market, keeping up to date with suppliers' movement and quality samples to produce to the client.
• Customer account servicing from A-Z, ensuring the client is aware of progress and delivering the project on time.
• Problem solving clients needs, to offer total satisfaction and return revenue
• Working flexible and around the clock hours to ensure the best customer service.
• Constant client interaction and face to face meetings.
• Sales & Invoicing - Coordination of clients account invoicing and cold sales to potential clients
