Working as a drilling Supervisor, for Drilling, Completion and work over of different types of wells (Vertical, Deviated and Horizontal single or multilateral) single and Dual Completion string in Abu-Dhabi land fields (Sahil, Asab, Bab, Shah, Bu Hasa ........etc.).
•Drilled successfully 2 long horizontal wells (more than 10, 000 ft long)
•Completed successfully different types of Smart completion (one of them including 6 down hole packers & slid sleeves).
•Achieved successfully the WDL (Well drilling to limit) campaign
•Achieved many record and outstanding performance.
Directional Drilling Engineer for ADMA and ZADCO (off-shore), achieved Different types of Deviated and Horizontal wells, single or multi lateral wells
•Directional Drilling Engineer for ADCO (on-shore), deviated and horizontal, long and short horizontal sections
Worked as a team leader for all drilling practices and engineering aspects (planning & executing) related to three or sometimes four Rigs in Gulf of Suez (Sinai field) offshore and onshore in addition to two Rigs in Nile Delta and Mediterranean the project also covered further than well designing and operational follow up for the following aspects :
•Well equipment’s and special jobs requirement and evaluation.
•Services requirements, selection and performance evaluation.
•Services personnel qualifications and experience requirement and operational evaluation.
•Learning curve in progress of performance improvement and planning.
•Duties including the setting up of an operating base, materials control, procurement activity, advanced planning and eventually the follow up
responsible for drilling engineering aspects related to the company activity in Sinai field, Mediterranean and Nile Delta for land and marine wells.
The Job details including the following:
•Studying and evaluating the Rig contracts ( equipment’s, capacity, terms, conditions, personnel volume and quality)
•Planning for well design by collecting required data, studying and evaluating the offset well data.
•Optimizing casing points setting depths and design.
•Cementing design and job evaluation.
•Well deviation design for single wells and multi-wells platforms including Torque, Drag and anti-collision program.
•Bit program (PDC and Tri-cones) and BHA’s for every phase by evaluating the past application in similar areas and bit design feature.
•Estimating and follow up the Pore Pressure, Fracture and Overburden gradient from Sigma, Sonic logs.
•Estimating and follow up the cost analysis chart (A.F.E.) as well as progress chart and time analysis.
Worked as a drilling, completion and workover supervisor on land and marine Rigs in Sinai, Mediterranean and Nile Delta fields.
•Supervised and implemented most types of wells Exploratory and Developments, Vertical and deviated, singles and multi-wells platforms for oil and gas wells.
•Achieved many performance record. the operation in these areas were confronted with most known types of drilling difficulties such as salt movement, high pressure water and gas flow, depleted zones, partial and complete mud losses, stuck pipe, shale instability, collapse casing in addition to directional problems specially while drilling in multi-well platforms.
•Completed and Implemented most type oil and gas, including production testing and completion types a(artificial and natural flowing).
•Supervised workover oil and gas wells. Pulled and ran different types of production sting, single or double, the workover operation was including many times the workover operation difficulties such as stuck packers and production string, milling, fishing, , etc.

•Many performance and HSE records, many outstanding letters and awarding.
•Drilled the most longest horizontal 2 wells in ADCO, more than 10, 000 ft interval
