accountable for Space Planning and architecture activities for the assigned buildings in addition to the followings

Handle Furniture maintenance at all sites
• Interior design for new areas and renovated areas.
• Handle all related operation & maintenance activities in the assigned building\buildings.
• Follow-up on managed service company works in the assigned building\buildings.
• Close monitoring on the work performance in the assigned building\buildings.
• Ensure all buildings look and feel are according to internal policy and guidelines.
• Perform all space planning tasks and requirements.
• Monitoring of office utilization and census.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all internal requirements are considered
• Prepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.
• Review existing building designs for any proposed enhancements\changes to ensure do ability.
• Establish full design package for the needed enhancements\changes on the assigned building\buildings.
• Establish detailed BOQ of works.
• Select the efficient type of equipment & durable materials used & proper vendor selection.
• Supervise construction contractors\vendors during implementation phase with a proper handing
Comply with all H&S procedures
• Meet assigned OPEX & CAPEX
