Responsibilities:- In Operations
Monitoring the unloading operation of Vessels.
Looking into the sampling of ship tanks and maintaining records in coordination of QC Lab
Conducting sampling of product every hour at jetty during ship discharge.
Operating booster pumps efficiently to achieve optimum flow rate.
Carrying out
Jetty stripping operation with help of pneumatic pumps after ship discharge.
Booster stripping operation after completion of jetty stripping.
Pigging operation after completion of ship discharge.
Compressed air pigging of class B products and nitrogen purged pigging of class A products.
Coordinating with nitrogen suppliers for supply of nitrogen and decantation of nitrogen tanker.
Operation of oil water separator system
Participating diligently in fire fighting mock drills conducted by the company.
Well conversant with work permit system like cold work permit, electrical permit, hot work permit, confined space entry permit, vehicle entry permit and working at a height permit.
Inspecting tank trucks and preparing checklist as per OISD standard.
Following Up with clients regarding blacklisting of notorious TT crew as a part of operational excellence initiative.
Collecting TLF retention samples and maintaining records as per IQCM.
Coordinating with Client officers for joint gauging of tanks before and after pipeline receipt.
Carrying out Inter tank transfer and pipeline transfer operations as per client requirement.
Coordinating with client lab for the monthly monitoring of the samples of all tanks and maintaining records
Handling control room activities and a group of technician and documentation
Coordination with vendors and suppliers regarding procurement related issues.
Spearheading the Monitoring of Cross country pipeline, Pipeline patrolling, Guard Tour system, and other issues related to cross country Pipeline Safety
Maintaining proper housekeeping of the terminal.
Looking into the weekly checking of manual call points, ESD points, smoke detector system and submitting reports to HSSE coordinator.
Responsibilities:- In electrical maintenance.
Electrical maintenance of the terminal and booster pumping station.
Carrying out the Preventive maintenance of all equipments such as motors, generators and transformers as per the prescribed schedule and with full safety measures.
Maintenance of the street Lighting system.
Maintenance and scheduled checking of the Earth Pits at Terminal and Booster station.
Scheduled Cathodic Protection Checks of the main 20” CCPL and the 8” Naphtha line going to Zuari Industries Limited.
Testing Raw Materials required for the manufacturing of Optic Fiber Cables.
Checking the quality of drums and bobbins used for cable winding
Preparing daily reports of the materials tested.
Checking strip ability of the fiber.
Working in Jelly Filled Telecom Cables Department .
Operating different machines required for manufacturing telecom cables.
Operating Group twinner, Armoring Machines.
To prepare daily reports of the work done.
Assisting the Senior Engineer.
