Primary Responsibilities
PRE CONSTRUCTION
Co-ordinate with Client for the requirements and consultant for Tender BOQs, Drawings.
Floating BOQ for quotations, and arriving commercial comparison for finalization of vendors.
Coordination in getting the drawing’s & Material submittal approval from Mall/Govt. bodies
CONSTRUCTION
Material Quantification, Ordering & Monitoring Usage, requirements on daily basis
Workforce mobilization at site, Monitoring and controlling on daily basis
Planning & Execution of MEP Inspections and clearances
Coordination and administration of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting, BMS, CCTV, FA, PA,
Access Control System, DG, UPS, WLD, NOVAC, Networking Services
Claim for variation approvals from client.
QUALITY CONTROL
Check the quality of works at site and make sure the works happen as per the standard and
drawings by inspecting site daily.
Prepare quality checklist and maintain it on regular basis.
Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Preparation of Running and final bills with supportive documents & drawings.
Preparation of As built drawings with measurements.
Verification & Certification of Contractor’s Bill.
