• Monitoring rent collection, income transmittals, reporting, and renewals/replacement plans, while ensuring completion of all documentation. Executing the transfers, and rental agreements, collected the cheques, and handled maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with tenants, responding to tenant needs/problems and concerns promptly, and taking decisive actions, including evictions through RDC/DLD, to ensure a smooth tenancy experience.
• Coordinating and maintaining positive relationships and high retention levels with all tenants by providing prompt services.
• Identifying trends and recommending appropriate strategies for rental rates by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, and profit goals.
• Safeguarding the longevity of assets through meticulous physical management of properties, seamless coordination with contractors and repair companies, orchestrating comprehensive repairs and maintenance, and consistently upholding the highest quality standards. While meticulous budgeting of capital expenditures ensured optimal asset preservation, exceeding industry benchmarks.
