departments at Royal Jordanian Airlines or any of its subsidiary
companies with RJ corporate strategies.
• Conduct structural changes studies by justifying the new changes
and addressing the gaps of the current structure.
• Manage and implement the HR programs that are related to
employee retention, succession planning, talent management and
employee recognition.
• Prepare the annual manpower budget for the company.
• Oversee staff promotions, increments, allowances and calculating
the proposed salary for the new experienced candidates who apply
to join RJ family in its different departments and fields.
• Manage and construct different human resources projects relating to
the development and the retention of employees e.g (succession
plan, talent management…etc.)
