•responsible of maintenance department of MGallery - Taiz and Mercure-Sanaa - Mercure - Aden for the day to day operation,
•I do implementing preventive maintenance programs and assures to be followed,
•Controlling the department cost by choosing the good quality spare parts with a good price.
•Responsibility of hygiene, security, and fire system and evacuation plan assured that all in place and followed.
•Saving the energy by maintaining all the hotel Equipment’s and redo scheduled the timing of operating the machines, replacing any defected parts which can lead to over load the machine.
•Building a strong professional team moved now to work in All GCC countries.
•Training my team in their job and corrected the way of handling the guest complains.
