• Overall responsibility for the MEP maintenance works related to North Cluster
sports facilities (23 venues) and 3 Legacy Stadiums, under Ministry of Sports &
Youth.
• Coordination for QCDD related and Kahramaa related works.
• Corrective maintenance and Preventive maintenance of various types of HVAC
systems, electrical systems, LV panel, Capacitor bank, automatic doors/gates,
sectional doors, various types of pumps and motors, CBS system, EPSS, ACMV,
Lighting control system, FOP lighting systems, firefighting systems, generators,
racetrack lights etc.
• Preparation of Site Inspection Report and quotation/SOR for the CM tasks.
• Daily and monthly CAFM (concept evolution) reports and monitoring.
• Preparation of Monthly Value of Work Done.
• Finalization of vendors, PO value finalization, follow up on completion of works,
invoice signing and close out works.
• Attend to any emergency calls.
• Conduct HSE meetings in coordination with project HSE officer, Engineers and
Supervisors.
• Ensure all the works are completed complying with safety requirements and with
high quality.
• Kahramaa LOA holder and LV panel maintenance.
• Lux level reports for field of play pitches.
