• Handling Appointment process for serving the vehicles.
• Reception the customer and Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing
symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services
required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database
system
• Identify the customer (for appointment)and go to the vehicle with him and do
a vehicle walk around and check to identify damages, missing items and
valuables left inside the car.
• Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost
and completion times.
• Finally make quality control then handover the vehicle to the customer and
make follow up with him.
• Prepare spare parts inquiry for all repair processes.
• Follow up all servicing car according to service schedules.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosis( electrical & mechanical)
malfunctions.
• Make road test for the vehicle if it needs.
• Weekly presentation of workshop key figures, efficiency, productivity,
effectiveness, etc.
Servicing all vehicles according to service schedules.
• Do some administrative work and other martial.
