The role held can be summarized as follows:
• Receive inquiries from customers.
• Study and determine whether the project has any special technical, architectural or structural design
specifications or requirements.
• Price and cost estimate the project based on the required specifications and based on estimated design weights
given from quoting department.
• Develop a detailed proposal for the customer including sketches and all required/relevant specifications and
prices, which is given by the sales management.
• Communicate with customer and set up/conduct meeting as required to follow up the proposal/quotation and
to discuss the technical details and negotiate the prices and modifications (if any).
• Finalize the contract with the customer after both parties have agreed on the submitted technical specifications
and prices.
• Follow up with engineering department submittals for client’s approval.
• Receive the technical comments or modifications on submitted design approval drawings.
• Discuss and apply received comments with the engineering department and client to agree on the final
drawings for construction.
• Follow up the payment terms/down payments with the client.
• Attend weekly meetings with engineering, Manufacturing, and customer service departments to follow up the
manufacturing and shipment schedules for sold projects.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure their satisfaction.
