- Perform full study of project tender document in order to find out the exact scope of works
- Supervise all mechanical works (Ducts work, Chiller & AHUs installation, chilled water piping system and fans, Compressed air system, Drainage system, cold and hot water system including Tanks installation, piping and valves) and execute all the mechanical works at the mechanical rooms according to the approved shop drawing and coordinate with the other services
- Prepare mechanical Shop drawings, as built drawings & coordination MEP drawings.
- Preparing Takeoff Sheets and Variation Orders
- Preparing Submittals, Site Requests and Memos
- Preparing Method of Statements and O&M Manuals
- Preparing Timely, Technical Reports and Site Instructions
- Follow up the Site Warehouse and Staff time sheets
- Attend periodic meetings
-Supervise all mechanical works (HVAC including ducts work, AHUs installation, chilled water piping system and fans, Compressed air system, Drainage system, cold and hot water system including Tanks installation, piping and valves, boilers and solar system, LPG works, and execute all the mechanical works at the mechanical rooms (AHU, Boilers, heat exchanger and fire pumps room) according to the approved shop drawing and coordinate with the other services and Invert levels.
- Preparing the As Built drawings.
- Ensure the proper execution as per the approved shop drawings.
- Supervise all mechanical works which are done by subcontractors.
- Developing inspection requests and following up the same with the consultant/contractor.
- Hand over the mechanical works to the consultant according to the codes.
- Follow up materials stock at the stores.
- Prepare purchasing orders.
- Execute all related mechanical works for the systems such as flushing, pressure testing.
- Managing the work force.
- Solve site problems which may come out during the execution.
- Testing and commissioning.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Preparing Shop Drawings, Submittals, Site Requests and Memos
- Preparing Takeoff Sheets, Financial Bills and Variation Orders
- Preparing As-Built Drawings and O&M Manuals
- Follow up the work with all parties and with time schedules
- Quality Control for the works on site
- Follow up the site warehouse and staff time sheets
- Attend meetings
