- Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated
and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.
Pool & Park Assistant Manager
- Handle guest and internal customer’s complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient
manner as they happen.
- Coordinate tasks and work to ensure that the department runs efficiently.
