Projects Handled:
1. Supply & Installation of Architectural Metal Ceiling works (Perforated Aluminium, stainless steel & Anodized aluminium, Expanded Mesh -18000 m2) at Qatar National Library, Qatar Foundation, Consultant: OMA-ASTAD/QP/QF - Main contractor: Multiplex Medgulf (JV).
2. Installation of Stainless Steel Armature media wall, Modular Display cases at Future Museum - CMC; Consultant: Louis Berger; Main contractor: REC/HBK J.V. (Complete Design & fabrication works joint ventured with M/S Tuchschmid - Switzerland & M/S Meyvaert - Belgium).
3. EPIC contract for main entrance leaf canopy includes 450 tons of structural steel, 65 tons of stainless steel CHS and 2200 m2 of spider glazing at SMRC (SIDRA) project, Contractor: OHL -Contrac JV; consultant: KEO
4. Supply & installation of Hospital entrance canopies consist of 100 tons of steel structure, 5000 m2 of stainless steel cladding and 2000 m2 of Aluminum composite cladding.
5. Installation of Architectural Metal Ceiling fixtures (Product of M/s ZAHNER, USA) at George Town University, Qatar Foundation, Consultant: ASTAD/QP/QF.
6. Supply & Installation of Stainless steel cladding at Student Housing - Qatar Foundation, Doha, Qatar (5, 000 sqm); Consultant: Louis Berger; Main contractor: J & P Qatar.
7. Design & Installation of weathering steel panels at College of Media & Communication, Qatar (6, 000 sqm); Consultant: Louis Berger; Main contractor: REC/HBK J.V.
8. Design, fabrication and installation of mandarin mesh ceilings and media mesh at College of Media & Communication, Qatar, contractor: GKD Germany.
9. Supply & installation of Museum of Islamic affairs terrace renovation works-it includes limestone raised flooring, glass balustrade and seasonable polycarbonate vestibules and SS screen/framed glass door. Contractor: lindner steel -Germany
Duties & Responsibilities’:
1. Overall project administration including project documents preparation such as: Method Statement, Quality Plan, HSE Plan.
2. Study of architectural drawings and the complete co-ordination for the shop drawing preparation & follow up for client approval.
3. Study of contract documents to clarify scope of works, responsibility, Terms & condition, payments.
4. Preparation of project plan/program, list of required materials, tools, accessories and manpower requirement for the project.
5. Manage complete work execution and work progress and safety at site.
6. Close co-ordination and attend various technical meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors.
7. Managing technical staff such as Site in charge, Draftsman, Foremen, safety officer, Store Keeper and Technicians.
8. Checking the detailed fabrication order to workshop or supplier and complete material delivery follow-up.
9. Checking the quality of the materials received from workshop, monitoring the work progress as per the installation program and check the quality of works.
10. Raise the RFIT for the work-completed areas in order to obtain the approval on completed works from client.
11. Preparation of Invoice as per contract payment condition & follow up for payment certificates from client.
12. Making weekly progress reports and monthly payments to management.
13. Close co-ordination for Redline markup & as built drawing preparation and follow up for approval.
14. Preparation of O &M manual and other project close out documents
15. Follow up for project completion certificate & close out project accounts
