• Design and accomplish yearly targets, goals for Department administration issues as required.
• Prepare and suggest Budget Reports and pursue to a final solution.
• Making and review the new role, process, service, polices , procedure, and the standards

•Assess the needs of the department of qualified manpower scientifically and technically (staff and examiners) and overseeing the performance of their duties and the adoption of their performance evaluation reports.
•Monitor the performance of the department sections and make sure that their level of services is distinct in accordance with rules and regulations, in addition of doing sites visits to generate work production reports for assisting.
• Lunching new channel of selling plate number ( E.sale, Elcectronic auction, special offer, ….. etc
• Transfer most of the service from the service center to the non- face service like online, call centre, etc
• Reduce and saving the cost and the time
• Distribute and control the plate number in 61 service centers in Dubai .
• Submission of proposals to help raise the operation.
• Overseeing the provision of security and safety requirements for all Employee and follow up their utilization.
• Making sure that staff is following the department regulations, rules .strategy, and target .
• Arranging and setting up courses for the staff.
• Managing and organising the Internal Accommodation affairs at the camp.
• Writing daily and monthly reports pertaining to the abovementioned
• Tracking down the negative points and work on to them till resolved.
• Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly Studies, reports and recommendation for work development.
• Setting plan to reached the target or goals .
• Using management style like ( SWAT analyses, couching , 360 degree, feasibility studies to reached the target date and success result.
•Managing the plate manufacture which produce over 800000 plate in a year
•Managing over 135 Employee over 1137000 vehicles with different categories through 61 service centers service provider, trusted agent, insurance company around Dubai.
•Manage and update all the complain report, budget report, KPI report, mystery shopper report
•Projects following to reach the dead line .
•Managing the most important commercial revenue in the RTA.
