Job Responsibility:
• Assist factory engineers, officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short range planning, policies, programs and objectives.
• Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and factory quality standards.
• Achieve optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan
• Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation
• Direct and monitor department managers to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Act as liaison between department management/subordinate levels, as well as, executive/department manager levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.
• Consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data.
• Direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards
• Direct and coordinate various programs essential to manufacturing procedures e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security, etc.
• Initiate and coordinate major projects, e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.
• Work effectively and relate well with others.
• Keep current on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
Maintenance Manager, handling 1800 annual maintenance contracts, 470 wages labors and 100 staff, Cover all UAE cities
Job Responsibility:
• Handling all work schedules & responsibilities for all employees (i.e. wages and staff).
• Handling all materials, chemicals & tools requirements.
• Handling all contracts renewals and maintain the profit margin.
• Follow up the credit department collection and support them to collect the outstanding balance amounts.
• Handling and follow up all the opened tasks in call center till it’s resolved.
• Prepare the preventive maintenance planning and schedules.
• Monitoring the follow up of company policy and goals.
• Interviewing & hiring new employees.
• Insure hourly wages work not less than 48 hours per week.
• Insure employees are properly trained in their duties
• Maintain positive customers relationship.
• Handling, document and reports all disciplinary problems and accidents.

Receiving, Managing and Solving calls of site users and site visitor’s for IT related issues and Troubleshooting.
Responsible for the Intranet site and keeping it running and updated.
Responsible to handle and control the remote access project (iPass / RSA Tokens).
Responsible to take a daily full backup of all the servers and shared folders (Using ARCserve & Veritas).
Troubleshooting & Maintaining Desktops, Laptops & Printers.
Monitoring the site LAN & WAN and keeping it up and running.
Monitoring the site servers and its services is up and running. (Exchange, SQL, Intranet…)
Communicate with the venders for all IT department requirements (Getting price quotation, issuing LPOs and follow up the orders till it get received and installed).
Troubleshoot the Pocket PC and mobiles and solving its issues - Backup and restoring data. (Palm & Imate).
Followed Remotely Data transfer between all the region sites using OmniPOD, Remote Desktop Connection & PCAnywhere.
Responsible to build the web site with handling and updating its information’s.(www.ittihad.ac.ae)
Responsible to handle and control the General computer lab.
User support and training.
Troubleshooting & Maintaining the PC's.
Responsible to organize the university exhibitions inside and outside UAE (Member of Cultural relations and Media committee)
Looking after maintenance, troubleshooting of the computers and printers in factory area. And looking after Network connections, LAN and servers.
