Production Copy-writing Manager is one of the most vital positions in E-commerce business, the position requirements may vary depending on a company and business requirements but as a production manager in MarkaVIP i was in-charge of the following:
1- Setting up an annual / monthly / daily plan for the team to work on newly added products.
2- Setup ad default template for each category.
3- Follow up with any technical issues and report it to engineering/IT so it can be solved.
4- Reporting directly to CEO or commercial directer and discussing needs and plans to upgrade content level.
5- In-charge of converting sizes project which lead to a massive reduce in sizes returns and made the sizes more clear and easily chosen by customers.
6- monitoring the used systems and report any needed upgrades to engineering department and discussing the work-flow design for any planned upgrades with them.
7- In-charge of unifying related brands on the website.
8- In-charge of viewing search terms on the website and replace them with related terms using a back-end specialized applications.
9- Make sure products are viewed on the website with no content mistakes or technical errors and report if any.
10- In -charge of categorization project to ease the products view on the website and analyze customer view data to implement any needed upgrades to the system.
11- Provide the team with a plan to produce the incoming products with the most efficient ways.
12- Setting up a KPI plan.

In full-price business model a merchandiser is responsible of setting up a sales plan that includes a day to day events to merchandise existing products and make sure all of his category products are viewed properly in his monthly plan, and to come up with creative ideas to increase the sales and to attract more customers.
The buyer is the first contact between the company and the supplier, he always negotiates the offer with e supplier and the terms for agreement between him and the company before proceeding to any further actions, the buyer after that should proceed to choosing products and price them and forward them to the assistant buyer to finish processing them, setting up a sales plan for the category responsible of so he can meet the demanded target, reporting directly to production/sourcing manger and to discuss any future plans to increase sales.
