Main Responsibilities:
Taking care of the Quality of the Network in Zain SA to meet our customer’s satisfactions.
Create proactive scenarios to avoid any surprise may happened to our customers and affect on Zain reputation.
Make an audit for the network and keep it updated.
Work closely with Operation, Planning, Solution and Customer Service to give the customer the best quality.
Make sure that Zain KPIs working fine with high quality on daily basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing the directory, supervisory, supporting and the delegation for Western
Main interface to the customer” Zain NOC, Zain Marketing…”.
Managing Core team consists of 6 of hard working Engineers and supervising them to achieve the company’s vision and target.
Acting Core Operation Manager and actively involved in the management & technical tasks. Dealing & Balancing between tasks and people (tasks & people oriented)
Main Responsibilities:
Design Review
Control and Monitoring of Telecommunication Project Activities.
Preparing Daily Report, Weekly Report and Monthly Report.
Supervision for Operation and Maintenance activities.
Planning for the annual preventive maintenance of the communication equipments.
