Leading the business control function and being the Finance Business Partner for In flight catering, airport lounges, airline equipment and central production unit activities.
Joining a well-known respected public listed company to be part of its transformation plan as financial business partner for the Airport Lounges by providing all kinds of financial advice and control. Responsible of exercises such as contributing in developing studies for new tenders, returns analysis, sensitivity analysis, performance analysis, KPIs development, manpower costing, budgeting, accuracy assurance, risk analysis, automation, operations improvement and control, monitoring accounting transactions and others activities as needed to achieve strategic objectives of the company
Entering into the industry of water designation and power generation with a respected Saudi international company that contributes with 40% of water and 15% of the Saudi Arabian demand was a valuable gain to my profession. Being in control of various financial activities such as AP, AR, Treasury & compliance as well as the responsibility to build a motivated and dedicated team of multi-cultural personnel was a great challenge and achieved after great hard work and commitment
A challenging opportunity to work closely with the shareholders and BoD in order to fully revise the business model, vision, mission, goals, plans, strategy, structure, and details policies and procedures. Detailed SOWT and Balance Score Card analysis was made on both high level and low level to provide reliable information. The change management and new business processes implementation was the hardest part of the journey; however, by getting the required buy-ins for the new vision, increasing the awareness, interacting people with the strategy we were arable to achieve required targets
A new areas of exposure by managing rental and other income contracts and working closely with the property management, public relations and legal departments. With one dedicated person reporting to me, we were able to implement a full system integration between AR and Property Management as well as clearing more than 80% of outstanding balance and unapplied receipts in an outstanding time
Being responsible of higher level planning and analysis, I had the opportunity to be engaged with all the organization's departments to ensure efficiency of the operations by providing the management with value adding reports and recommending required controls
Joining the AP team in one of the largest retail companies in the middle-east after graduation where I gained extensive experience in the business activities, processes, clients relations, and ERPs.
Being responsible of book keeping and preparation of financial statements of different clients from different industries and sectors
