Position: Construction Manager for a Parcel in Zone-3 with total GFA 82, 842 M 2
Work scope: Resume the Finishing works in the Parcel after has been stopped by the previous contractor in 2016
The Project includes two phases:
• Phase 1: Submit a dilapidation report plus assessment report for achieved works in all parcels.
• Phase 2: Resume the finishing works in the project.
• Phase two has been stopped by KAFD's client recently due to cost re-estimation.
Project: Abdulhadi Al Hugayet Tower
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the execution of the structural works in the project.
• Lead all civil works in the tower such as; steel reinforcement & Doka Formwork assembly and installation for raft foundation, retaining walls, core walls, and slabs, in addition to concrete works.
• Responsible for Post tension and Waterproofing works of subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
• Coordinate and direct construction manpower & working closely with the site workforce.
• Monitoring progress, costs and checking quality.
• Review the work progress on a daily and weekly basis.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Report to Project managers on project progress.
• Reporting regularly to the client.
• Interact with the entire project organization on a daily basis & coordinate work amongst various disciplines.
• Ensure quality and safety control during the construction process.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Ensure the construction staff are always supplied with sufficient information, drawings, sketches, materials and consumables to meet and improve target dates.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the structural & finishing works at two towers in Makkah from A to Z.
• Select sub-contractors for work with respect to the budget, quality, & schedule.
• Manage the direct staff and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.
• Submitting reports on work progress and budget matters to the project manager.
• Tracking the requested materials from suppliers until it is delivered to the site.
• Preparing contracts for subcontractors.
• Preparing the payments sheet of subcontractors according to the contract and executed works.
• Have Weekly Meeting with consultants and client representative to discuss the realistic work schedule in terms of Compression & fast-tracking to meet our goals and objectives.

The Lamar Towers project occupies a 34, 800 sqm. plot with a total built-up area of 409, 770 sqm. on Jeddah Corniche and comprises two high-rise towers sitting atop a 13-floor curved podium. Towers; T1 and T2 Measure 322 meters and 293 meters in height and comprise 71 and 68 floors.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the execution work at tower one - T1 as a construction manager.
• Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders and all key project participants.
• Managing, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of staff to ensure that construction activities meet established requirements, specifications, and standards, and that department activities are conducted ethically & according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Preparing and managing work schedules, control schemes and monitor performance of work to ensure completeness within budget.
• Organizing daily, weekly and monthly reports and meetings with team members, subcontractors, consultants, & client representatives.
• Managing the delivery of all project construction, coordinating all logistics, permitting and handover activities to ensure delivery of the Project to technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements established for the Project.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervising & leading the execution team of structural & architectural works in mentioned projects, such as; Concrete works for Buildings & infrastructures.
• Initiating (RFI'S) for Q.C. inspectors prior to the consultant's inspection.
• Analyzing drawings, determining the scope of work &verifying materials needed for the execution of site activities.
• Submit forecast schedule for concrete pouring on a weekly & daily basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Leading structural works for pipe racks, substations, infrastructure, U/G Utilities, Roads& handling precast concrete.
• Examining construction drawings and highlighting any discrepancies, performing quantity takeoff calculations, preparing method statements, material approval requests and submitting work.
• Progress and cost reports on a daily & weekly basis.
• Motivating and managing site team with a high level of performance & quality.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements & specifications.
