A committed and proactive professional specialized in the science of Chemical Engineering as well as Management and Business Administration, with 24 years of versatile experience that includes new plant construction, commissioning, start up, stabilization, and optimization. In addition, I have been proactive with initiatives that ensured adaptive organization through leading operational excellence, process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives as well as safety and emergency responses.

Assumed several administrative positions and ascended to higher leaderships roles. Througout these roles, I had the opportunity to manage and guide staff of various professions and nationalities, in addition to recruitment and development of new employees.
