Currently working as, a “Financial Analyst” in Investment Management Department of Dallah Albaraka Holding (the “Group”) Jeddah-KSA. The Group is one of the leading companies in Saudi carrying a diverse portfolio of assets distributed worldwide. Carried out financial and business model analysis of diversified portfolio of assets. Key responsibilities include;
Valuating and studying current and future opportunities in order to assist the Group to make investment decisions.
Prepare financial models that assist us in writing report for the Group management to give them a better understanding of the current holding and opportunities.
Advise the Group on deal structures in order to optimize their value as shareholders. assist both the Group and investment partners in creating business models or adjust current models to increase the value for the Group and our investment partners.
-Assessing business and audit risk by making comprehensive analysis of company’s financial statements, assessment of accounting and internal control systems and conducting statutory audits in accordance with the Accounting and Auditing Standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and prevailing relevant National Laws;
- Evaluating internal control systems, identifying control weaknesses and making appropriate recommendations to the management;
- Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the financial reporting framework as applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which includes compliance with local corporate laws and directives of Ministry of Commerce and SOCPA;
-Developing and performing substantive and analytical procedures so as to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements’ assertions.
