Plan and coordinate with Project Manager, finance, logistics and security focal points for timely
distributions in line with policies and procedures.
• Supervise and directly engage in the distribution of CASH assistance to beneficiaries in both
UCT and CFW projects and other field activities and participate in various onsite and Post
Distribution Monitoring (PDM) surveys.
• Update the implementation plans on ZOA Manager.

most vulnerable people are targeted, guarantee community involvement at all phases of the project,
• Plan and implement hygiene kits distribution activities in hard-to-get areas.
• Carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of PRs, service contracts, travel requests,
and payment request.
• Acting for WASH officer (Hygiene promotion activities).
• Design and adjust data collection tools for collecting BNFs data for both FSL and WASH projects

• Collect beneficiary lists with complete and accurate information including gender and age.
• Apply ZOA minimum security and safety standards during field implementation and movements.
