1.Partner with hiring organizations to implement recruitment and staffing strategy addressing current and future recruitment needs. Analyze SATORP’s attraction strategy to articulate the most effective and cost efficient way of attracting qualified candidates, by identifying attraction requirements in a timely manner to meet SATORP’s recruitment needs. Establish strong professional links with third parties such as recruitment agencies and job boards to raise awareness of SATORP’s career opportunities. Oversee the preparation of reports for open jobs, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring organizations. Continuously benchmark best practice for selection and recruitment processes.
