Maintenance of electrical equipment in cement plant
Supervise execution of electrical works & their adherence to contract documents.
• Perform inspection complying approved shop drawings, ITP, MS, MAR, MIR &
mock-ups.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for inspection and acceptance of executed
works.
• Ensure changes are recorded on drawing before cover-up for as-built drawing.
• Observe safety regulations on site & monitor HSE implementation assisting DAR
HSE.
• Initiate WI, NCR & CA for defective works identified in WIR & NCR procedure.
• Record daily progress of the work and report to Electrical Engineer.
• Monitor testing of Electrical Systems in coordination with QAQC team.
• Participate in final T & C, snagging, O & M manual & handover of completed
works.
• Responsible for quality of area assigned.
• Coordinate with QAQC for raising NCRs on electrical issues.
• Provide information for Weekly / Monthly Project Reports.
• Material inventory.
