Developing and maintaining the project schedule and coordinating all inputs, reviews, and updates required for a functional schedule Identifying problems or conflicts in the project schedule, and assisting the manager in effectively managing a resolution
Collaborating with field engineers and supervision on look-ahead planning and generating look-ahead schedules and Identifying schedule delays, impacts, and variances to the baseline.
Identifying critical paths, producing slippage reports, providing continuous updates to the project team & Developing S-Curve, and bar charts and scheduling reports for reports submission.
Providing the daily planning activities to project managers with supporting documents and managing and updating the construction progress and attending site meetings & Submitting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to the managers and communicating with subcontractors, consultants, and key team members, and keeping all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects task as well as preparing progress reports regular basis.
Assisting in the implementation of construction work as per design and work program and Estimation of BOQ rate analysis, Costing, and budgeting of the project.
Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using the histogram.
Coordinating & supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project is on time & within budget,
Preparing the schedule of the project, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Bill of Materials (BOM) with detailed estimates & rate analysis.
Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly look-ahead schedules updating actual progress and related information & comparison analysis
Maintaining and coordinating different activities of the construction projects with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and capability of solving technical problems at the project.

Preparing project documentation and periodical reporting to the concerned authority on time and updating progress reports of the project with photographs & emails to top management.
