Coordinate all the ASC operations (Authorized service center) of Bangladesh.
Prepare and analyze various ASC activity related reports including sales report and escalate to Higher management as and when required.
Prepare SPO (Spare order) for total bangladesh operation.
Ensure prescribed TAT is maintained all through out bangladesh, that is ASC & FSC (Franchise service center) operation.

Prepare standard operating procedures (SOP's) and ad-hoc process flows for ASC related activities in lieu with other departments and company adjectives.
Ensure smooth operation of the Customer Care Center and all the Customer Care Points within the region.

Conduct ASC and Supervisor Audit.
Manage ASC POS owners in lieu with organizational requirements
Ensure to parts distribution from inventory.
Communicate with all ASC service holder for any problem daily, weekly & monthly report to line up officer.
Market analysis, communicate with dealer & retailer to her problem about of service experience.
