**Sales & Customer Service :

1.Set & achieve sales target of the respective outlet through team effort being a team leader
2.Ensure availability of merchandise at Outlet as well as at display to serve customer.
3.Regular Sales Analysis and find tools/techniques for implementing to increase sales of the Outlet
4.Prepare Fast / slow moving product list and take corrective action plan for moving those products
5.Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to control cost
6.Ensure comfortable shopping environment for the customers
7.Create an atmosphere and culture where customer satisfaction is the primary goal of all sales associates.
8.Oversee VM activity at Outlet
9.Ensure all sorts of co-ordination with Aarong CS VM Team to maintain Outlet VM as per their design
10.Co-ordination with relevant depts. of Central Services to ensure smooth operations of the Outlet.

** Staff Management :

11.Supervise, evaluate, motivate & discipline Outlet Management & non-management staffs

13.Take part of Sales Associates recruitment and training, coaching & counseling of all Staffs’ of the Outlet.

** Inventory Management :

14.Oversee product receiving, Transfer, Store management are done according to approved guideline.
15.Responsible for total inventory control of the Outlet.
16.Protect shop lifting, theft & damage of products by taking adequate security measures/ process at designated Outlet.

** Maintenance :

17. Manage all sort of Maintenance (electro-mechanical, general & IT) works at Outlet in coordination with Aarong maintenance department.
18.Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet (both interior and exterior) and maintain health and safety measures.
19.Monitor and ensure that all cleaning materials are received as per the agreement.
20. Monitor the attendance of the cleaners and supervisors.
21.Verify all kinds of maintenance related bills before sending to Aarong CS.
22.Ensure all required Lights, A/C, Generator, Substation, Neon sign, Sound system etc. are working properly.
23.Ensure & maintain sufficient fire fighting equipments’ at Outlet.
24.Train & arrange team and create awareness among Outlet staffs for firefighting & earthquake accident.
25.Managing the Inventory of all kinds of Assets / Equipments’ / Accessories.
26. Looking after the administrative matters of the office assistants including their leave, off day, OT, uniform etc.

** Security :

27.Planning and monitoring the deployment of Security Guards and preparing the duty roster accordingly.
28.Supervise & maintain all security devices (Security Antenna, Hard / Soft Tag, Tag Pin etc)
29.Managing Parking area and keep exit/ entry free for customers in coordination with the security team.
30. Looking after the administrative matters of the Aarong security guards including their leave, off day, OT, uniform etc.
31. Verify the bills of security companies before sending to Aarong CS.

** Communication :

32.Communicate concern Departments of Aarong CS to resolve any Admin Service related issues
33. Liaison with local govt./ non govt. agencies, land owners and other local groups as and when required to ensure smooth outlet operations at all the time.

** Accounts activity :

34. Approve all financial papers / documents as authorized by BRAC HRPP
35. Ensure Cash deposit at Bank on regular basis
36. Controlling budgets and costs

** Others:

37.Ensure that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner, including cash management, sales reports, cash audits, and other paperwork as required; maintain confidentiality of information related to operations, financial matters and personnel issues
38.Liaison with local agencies, land owners and other local groups to ensure smooth outlet operations at all the time.
