 Construction of projects, cast in-situ reinforced concrete, include
signage for projects, Sidewalks, Asphalts & Parking shade,
Underground water tank, Septic tank, Drains/Ditches as per site
grading, Agriculture, boundary wall & steel gates and the safety
requirements. With Supplying, Construction & Installation of all
materials, Equipment, Counters, Computer Accessories,
Equipment's and necessary devices for Architectural, Structural,
Electrical, Mechanical, ITC, HVAC, Fire alarm & Fire fighting,
CCTV as per project technical specifications & drawings.
 Work with facilities department to project handover with all
necessary documents and repair any comments.
 Manage and solve claims from contractors through good negotiate
as per contract terms and project documents.
 Manage financial settlement to terminate contracts through good

 Work with representatives of distribution sector as a key
representative of the Facilities sector to meet the requirements of
security and protection buildings.
 Studying of technical files of contractors to participate in the
bidding projects concrete and pre-engineered metal buildings.

the projects.
 Preparation of scope of work and technical requirements of the
projects (Schedule B).

 Preparation of Request shopping carts for project contracts by SAB

of critical milestone dates by SAB system.
 Communicate with contractors and encourage them to participate in
bidding projects.
 Sites visit with contractors in tenders stage and answer all questions
and inquiries.
 Supervision and manage on the implementation of concrete
buildings & pre-engineered metal buildings.
 Study & approval of contractor's submittals by technical
specifications and approved drawings.
 Inspection & verification for the works in the Projects sites.
 Direct coordination with the concerned departments (Facilities,
Industrial security, IT) for receipt the works.
 Direct coordination with government agencies to extract building
permits and a certificate of completion of construction and delivery
of water and sanitation.
 Finalize the optimization study to unify the identity of the service
buildings by making a list of approved materials for Civil,
architectural, electrical and mechanical works.
