* All services and contracts related to IT e.g. SAP support, HP servers support, Microsoft licenses and other licenses.
* All service and contracts for QC e.g. calibrations, standards books, TP products testing and UK cares standard implementations.
* Insurance policies e.g. PAR, MBD, PL, medical, vehicles, delity, CPM and marine insurances.
* All service and contracts for Transportation services.
* All related manpower contracts.
* All safety, environmental and health services and contracts. With good experience for closing RC and third parties observations.
* Dealing with foreign and local suppliers and contractors.
- Conducts scheduled and unscheduled inspections of Site facilities and Projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and guidelines.
- Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn and procedures are followed.
- Notifies management staff regarding violations of safety regulations and codes.
- Prepare recommendations for corrections and follows-up to ensure that violations have been corrected.
- Developing and implementing safety policies.
- Analyzes hazards and develops risk assessments for both Project areas and work sites; develops policies, plans and procedures to minimize risk to the employees.
- Investigates safety and health complaints submitted by management, employees.
- Evaluates concerns and alternatives, resolves complaints and makes recommendations to management for corrective action, as required.
- Prepares, distributes and reviews employee questionnaires regarding health and safety issues
- Develops and implements, after approval, internal safety rules, policies and guidelines.
- Prepares manuals, training outlines and employee instructions.
- Reviews accidents and makes recommendation for prevention of similar future incidents.
- Safety officer monitors workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations.
- Safety officers inspect interior and exterior work areas to determine if there are any safety hazards.
- Safety officers check the stability of scaffolding, ensure that workers use hard hats and protective footwear, and check to make sure employees operate
construction equipment in a safe manner.
