Shuqaiq Independent Water and Power Project Planning, Supervising&troubleshooting for electrical maintenance daily activities (preventing, corrective, shutdown, etc).-Handling, supervising and reporting for overhauling activities with testing (motors, Transformer, switchgear, etc)-Monitoring and reviewing all the spare parts in the warhorse and ordering the missing one to be ready for preventive, shutdown and overhauling maintenance. Developing and modification the system design to be easy operating and maintaining and to be save cost. Making the Job Safety Environment Analysis and Risk assessment for all working& practices at site with Tool Boxes Meeting in every PTW before starting action maintenance-Executing work order through (SAP) to create PTW, TRA and TBT, and also coordinating with planning engineer and Safety officer for job completion and technical matters
Shuaibah Expansion Independent Water Project-(SEIWP)-Phase-3(responsible of operation of150, 000m3/day of desalinated water)Organize the plant in such away that work is carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to men, machine and materials, comply with safety and environmental standards. Moreover, control and coordinate all plant operations activities to ensure timely and effective plant production in accordance with established schedules, quality, cost and time objectives .Also, responsible for safe startup /shutdown /unit annul outage/ modifications of the plant as per the Standard Operating Procedures. Fill daily plant status reports and relay all activities that occurred during my shift.
