* Revise the Schedule updated with delays, site readiness, modifications..etc.
* Progress meetings and coordination with all external and internal companies.
* Monthly invoicing preparation, submittal and follow up.
* Invoicing Forecasting

* Contract review and agreement Terms.
* Material Submittals, shop drawings for approval in prior to fabrication
* Program schedule submittal and preparation with the planning department
* Monthly invoicing preparation, submittal and follow up.
* Invoicing Forecasting
* Manpower histogram plan
* Variation follow up to save the company rights
* Quality control / quality assurance
* Built a detailed work plan which identifies sequence of work
* Lead the installation plan to meet with schedule time frame.
* Review the Quality of work completed with project team to meet the project standards
and client satisfaction.
* Material follow up
* Tracking the project by detailed sheets and elevations.
* Weekly, monthly, semiannual report
