Assists in development and implementation of company policies and procedures, and all HR activates in the region are align with the organization’s strategies and objectives, and in compliance with different related policies, procedures, legislations and regulations to guarantee the optimal management of people and protect the organization against any legal risk.
Recommend and manage various HR plans, initiatives and programs for all personnel in the region to help business and employees to grow and improve their performance.
Helps employees, supervisors, and line managers to settle work-related conflicts and problems and provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to line managers and employees, and represents the company/management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances, attending meetings with governmental departments to maintain a healthy productive work environment and protract the organization against legal risks.
