• Created the feasibility study and business plan by forecasting and budgeting for the company and performing market research
• Built a website and app as a Business Analyst through a development house to offer products online with focus on integration of marketing and ERP tools
• Performed QA for the application and website to ensure the project deliverables met my requirements
• Purchased women’s apparel from various suppliers from China, EU, and the US.

• Imported the products into Kuwait by working with warehousing and logistics companies

Sihaty - Kuwait. Sihaty is a telehealth mobile application for the GCC
• Recruited and onboarded 60+ medical professionals and operations staff
• Performed the payroll for the medical and care staff
• Managed 1 Operations Officer and multiple interns
• Led partnership projects and business development projects with hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and other partners
• Created and analyzed performance reports for partner performance and used the data to make operational and marketing suggestions

Careem - Kuwait. Careem is a ride hailing app owned by Uber operating in MENA
• Created the Taxi company partnership plan including the financial analysis, setting KPIs, and forecasting while leading implementation efforts by sourcing and signing Taxi companies
• Led the strategic proposal presented to the government proposing opportunities for Kuwaiti nationals in the transportation sector and designing a structure for the program including financial analysis
• Received the GCC top-performer award for creating and implementing the Taxi company partnership plan and signing on new Taxi companies as well as co-creating the government partnership plan and proposal
• Worked on digitizing captain(driver) training and re-training to increase captain productivity and customer satisfaction through training videos and online training tools
• Trained and onboarded 100s of Captains on use of the app and best practices to follow on the job
• Improved key supply KPIs including ETA, acceptance, cancellations from 22% to 15% by analyzing performance data taking actions to improve service quality and customer experience
