• Presently Working as VPM for ARASCO-Feeds and I am responsible on all manufacturing (production) of ARASCO-FEEDS in Dammam and Kharj.
•​Reported directly to Feeds- President.
•​As VPM in charge of all manufacturing Departments and responsible of about 3.8 M t/year included the services department and storages facility with maintaining high capacity and running smoothly.

•​Trains and orients new generation and middle management for future of the company with guidance to develop successors in managerial & engineering team in Dammam & Kharj.

•​Successfully lead to complete ARASCO-Feed expansion projects.

•​Successfully lead the ARASCO Project Management team to complete the ARASCO-Feed Sites Development projects in Dammam & Kharj.

•​Successfully lead the operation team to successfully commission the fish feed plant project in order to achieve the plant design capacity.

•​Successfully initiated & implemented trucks queuing project for raw materials & finished goods trucks to improve truck tracing & cycle time in plant control system with trucks RFID tags.

•​Achieved the plants designed capacity of Dammam Feed Mill, Kharj Feed Mill, Fish Feed Plant, and Premix plants.

•​Successfully lead the negotiation with Project OEM to benefit the company with free overseas training, free extended warrantee, free in-house training, and 50% discounted of new projects with OEM, & 25% discounted percentage of spare parts.

•​Successfully lead the operational team to participate & successfully Ensiab project in order to implement the new ERP system project.

•​Developed a new management automated management reporting system with OEM instead of OEM customized reporting and manual reporting.

•​Successfully completed the project commissioning period to start the commercial production as per the equipment design capacity.

•​Successfully developed manufacturing team with the highest technical know-how in the upper, middle, and lower level of manufacturing departments.

•​Successfully lead the manufacturing department in order to reach the highest record of production capacity.

•​Lead manufacturing department & earned ISO-22000 certificate.
•​Preparing the operation budget align with company strategy plan.
•​Working to minimize the startup of new plants and leading to meet the company target.

• Finding solution of the technical bottlenecks and infrastructures which obstructed the production that include operational flexibility & avoiding cross-contamination to adopt the company new strategy with the raw materials used.

• Successfully adopted usage of different and new types of raw materials to be used for production to adopt the company pricing strategy.

• Successfully lead the maintenance team to minimize the challenging maintenance downtime to achieve less than 5% downtime.

• Successfully lead the storage team to minimize the inventory storage stocks.

• Successfully earned diploma in Feed Production Engineering from the Swiss Institute of Feed Technology and the first certified Feed Production Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Considered as one of 495 certificate Feed Production Engineers out of 65 countries worldwide.

3.) As Plant Manager, in charge of all DFM Departments such as Production Dept, Quality Assurance Dept. (QAD), Maintenance Dept., Safety & Security Dept., Material-Warehouse Dept., and Administration Dept.
4.) Attained the highest production ever as recorded since the start of the Plant with 635, 000Ton per year, high plant utilization with efficiency and reached the goal of lower percentage of Downtime.
5.) In 2011, the production quantity crossed 2010 production quantity and made new record 744, 371 ton which was the highest in plant History.
6.) Reworks of rejected items are being reduced and Pelleting per ton was at the highest record.
7.) Increased the number of recruits for qualified Saudi personnel.
8.) Trains and orients new employees on job, provides guidance and share knowledge with staff in performance of work assignment.
9.) Worked on the new ARASCO projects in design and preparation phase.
10.) Followed up the progress of new expansion projection.
11.) The owner of the 2M-Dammam feed mill plant project.
12.) Took the lead of DFM-2 Project completion
13.) Participate and manage the commission period of DFM-2 Project

1.) worked as Manager of Maintenance Department for Starch & Glucose Plant and Feed Milling Plant.
2.) Reported under the office of the Assist. Vice President (Inds.) Al-Kharj, the managerial delegation of work assignments in terms of assigning tasks, outlining methods to follow, work to accomplish, checking progress and production of employees and correct errors which pertains to work of group.
3.) Occasionally assigned as Acting Plant Manager-Feeds during his absence. Aside from Maintenance Dept., covering all other departments, like Production, Finance, Administration, Sales, and Safety & Security, for Plant to run smoothly and accordingly.
4.) The managerial supervision of manpower force through Sections' Engineers/Supervisors.
5.) Trained and oriented new employees on job, provides guidance and share knowledge with staff in performance of work assignment.
6.) Called attention of staff regarding infractions to company policies, procedures, work rules and regulations and all administrative orders.
7.) To ensure maintenance of equipment as per Work Order Request from concerned departments.
8.) To ensure proper planning, scheduling and work implementation of Periodic Preventive Maintenance Schedules of all equipment and machinery in the Plant.
9.) To ensure the availability and ample supply of spare parts in coordination with the Technical Stores and the Purchasing Officer to avoid downtime and man-hour during breakdown of equipment and machinery in the Plant..
10.) Coordinated directly with suppliers for follow-up of quotations and timely deliveries of procured spare parts and equipment.
11.) Appointed as Team Leader of Baan Maintenance Program.
12.) Appointed as Team Leader of Purchasing

- Officially worked for the mechanical maintenance of equipment/ machinery in the Plant.
- Worked in the Preventive Maintenance for the Feedmill Plants.
-Worked as supervisor with outside contractor regarding "Installation and Commissioning of Deutz Power Plant".
-Studied and developed some modifications and up-gradations for the Plants.
-Member of Research & Developed Committee for the new maintenance software program.
-Planned to recognize the Warehouse as a new Department.
-Occasionally assigned as Maintenance Dept. In-Charge during the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
