I work In research and development Lab to analysis concrete sample
Help people to know about insurance and doing insurance for Car or Medical individual and commercial insurance.
I was working as a Lab. technician in Saudi Aramco Labs as a contractor with Aramco, I work in water lab and crude oil lab and I am collecting, water, crude and Gas samples, and i am doing full tests.
19 months .experience with Saudi Aramco laboratories between Tanajib, safanyah, manifah, Abqaiq, i
-I also doing start up in manifa lab for saudi aramco Lab
- I work in Tanajeb Lab
- I work 2 shit 12 hours
From 6 AM to 6 PM
And 6 PM to 6 AM
I know how can used (Spectrometer 715-ES ICP OES Varian) for analysis
Crude Oil Analysis:
H2S- in-crude, VPCR (RVP), salt-in-crude, BS&W, density and API gravity.
• Sampling of Crude Oil, Gas, JET fuel Water Samples and field testing
• Analysis of Crude Oil, Lube Oil, sludge & Gas Samples and Water samples (routine and special).
Utilities and Disposal Water analysis:
TDS, PH, conductivity, TDS, chloride, phosphate, Iron content, oil in water, silica, Corrosion Inhibitor, Total Hardness, TSS, Hydrazine, Alkalinity, etc.
Handling Water Lab analysis:-
- Oil in Water, Iron, Phosphate, Free Chlorine, Molybdate/Molybdenum, Water Load, calcium, Dissolve Oxygen, monitoring all components by ICP instrument, Turbidity, Chloride, hydrazine, TDS, Conductivity, H2S in Water and Total suspended solids (TSS).
TEG and Condensate analysis:
PH, Moisture and chloride in TEG sample, condensates. Dew point, water load of Gas sample.
• Handling physical Lab analysis:-
- Gas testing, condensate, viscosity, Salt in Crude, Sand in Crude, Bottom Sediments and Water, H2S, VPCR, API via Density, particulate in JET fuel by filtration, and SY color.
Field sampling and testing:
Sampling of crude oil, TEG, condensate, etc.
Filed testing on various process water samples for PH, TDS,
free chlorine, DO etc
• Dealing with functional Instruments in Saudi Aramco like Salt in Crude Analyzer (Precision), GC, ICP, Grabner MiniVap, Anton Para Density meter, SETA Centrifuge, Analytical Balances, Koehler Spectrophotometer, HACH DR2800, TD3100 Fluorimeter, Spectra sensor water load Analyzer, Metrohm 905, TDS Myron and pH meter (Metrohem)
