• General management of the distribution sites in the camp.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling distribution of NFIs and residents of the camps.
• Post distribution monitoring through surveys, FGD and interviews with the beneficiaries
• Representing NRC when necessary in coordination meetings particularly in Basic needs working group at camp level.
• Ensuring that all refugees are provided with Non-Food Items (NFIs) in a timely and equitable manner. Advocate for amendments to NFI package to better meet the beneficiaries’ needs in coordination with the coordinator.
• Coordinate and prepare plans for the shelter Food Items by WFP distribution activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets,
• Preparing all documentation and paperwork needed to ensure smooth running of the distribution activities (stock reports, distribution reports, daily monitoring sheets, incident reports etc)
• Responding to any security incidents by following strict NRC internal Security Management procedures and ensuring the safety of staff on site.
• Compile distribution reports and share with donors and UNHCR with lessons learnt and highlighting challenges in distributions.
• Follow up on M&E matrix, spending plan, work plan and procurement plan to ensure a high quality of work, reliability of implemented works
• Prepare documentation and follow-up all support function processes related to the project. (attendance sheets for incentive labor, requisitions, stock cards and other support related documentation)
• Ensures compliance with NRC policies CC tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.
• Registering refugees through the UNHCR RAIS registration system.
• Direct responsibility for the delivery of the NFIs to new arrivals.
• Preparing data reports and analysing information based on registration data.
• Preparing and collecting data reports from other NGOs and analysing information based on registration data.
• Directly managing data entry team during NFI distributions.
• Preparing distribution Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Responding to any security incidents by following strict NRC internal Security Management procedures and ensuring the safety of staff on site.
• Under guidance, develop and manage a database of assistance provided to refugees.
• Analyse and report on the information contained in the assistance database.
• Directly supervise incentive labourers, prepare attendance sheets and submit to officer on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with protection staff and report protection cases to donors
• Management of Reception team assistants including periodic feedback and performance management, leave planning, work plans, update tasks and responsibilities.
• Management of stock including daily stock takes, ordering from warehouse and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to NRC policies and the national labor law in all processes and procedures.
Advice in personnel conflicts/processes when relevant.
• Ensure development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.

• Responsible for planning and scheduling distribution of Cash and NFIs for beneficiaries

• Preparing work plan and schedule for winterization, NFI and basic needs distribution
• Following up on financial reports, spending plan and M&E matrix
• Post distribution monitoring through conducting PDM survey for beneficiaries received provided services.

• Responding to any security incidents by following strict German Red Cross procedures
• Coordination of assistance and services southern area of Jordan level
• Building effective collaboration with a diversity of stakeholders, ranging from refugees, community representatives, humanitarian partners, host communities and local authorities.
• Maintaining lateral communication and coordination with the DRC Protection, Shelter and Site Operations staff
• Day to day management of southern area of Jordan coordination activities and directly manage the staff members, including coaching, co-ordination between staff, timely recruiting and tracking of team progress.
• Providing weekly updates of program activities and track progress on the activity tracker
• Establishing and maintaining coordination amongst the area actors, including government representatives, UN agencies, international NGOs and national NGOs and other service providers
• Arranging the weekly Coordination meeting in the area, sending out the minutes of meetings, reviewing and following up on action points regularly.
• Update any tools used for coordination purposes or information management as required
• Collaborating with Protection, Shelter and Site Operations, all technical work carried out in the area setting including Cash and NFI distribution, registration of beneficiaries in South Jordan area
• Supporting the field staff in and during information gathering and participatory assessments undertaken within the area
• Monitoring the distribution process of all items in the southern area to ensure that minimum standards and operating procedures are respected and applied
Ensure proper storage of Food and Non-Food Items in the warehouse
•Maintain proper store and warehouse record-keeping and initiate to dispatch as per the approved distribution Plan
•Ensure Waybill and Dispatch Order and ensure acknowledgment of receipts
•Assist Logistics Coordinator with partner organizations Logistics staff and advice on all supply chain management processes to ensure effective and accountable management
•Coordinating with Care Program staff and partner organizations Logistic staff to ensure the Food and Non-Food items inspection process before all loading.
•Assist the Logistics Coordinator and Procurement Unit in order to ensure the supply chain process when it is managed by CARE and Partner NGOs
•Assist the Logistics Coordinator in arranging the transportation of food Non-Food commodities for handing over to different partner NGOs;
•Assist in arranging of handover commodities and relief materials
•Ensure the Quality of the Goods and distribution process are done as per the required standards and are fully documented
•Maintain a proper filling and recording of all documents for future audit
•Assist in storage and Warehouse management
•Provide support and monitoring for transport, storage, and distribution to staff in the field at the various sub-offices
•Monitor Partner NGOs related staff inside Syria in preparing of “Good Receiving Notes “GRNs” and assist to Logistics Consultant to compare the items information.
•Assist partners to establish warehouses and ensure appropriate warehouse management procedures in line with standards
Conducting a registration interviews in accordance with local SOPs and registration standards for Syrian refugees in Za’atari Camp and the Combating Anemia Campaign
•Responding to any queries from refugees regarding save the children registration procedures and their rights and entitlements
•Maintaining an accurate and up to date records and data related to all individual registration cases
•Identifying persons with specific needs and ensure timely referral to protection follow-up as required
•Exporting and cleaning data from registration sheets on Microsoft excel
