- Maintain life insurance by updating calculations; preparing check requests; initiating disbursements including not to limit to staff personal loans, salary advance, vacation allowance, and housing loans.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and savings.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Prepare and review calculations of resigned employees that lists all allowances and deductions.
- Add, edit, and remove staff from GOSI as well as medical and life insurance.
- Provide employees with pay slip as well as explain all earnings and deductions to staff as needed.

• Support the Recruitment Manager in responding to the Bank's Recruitment needs.
• Contribute to the development and performance of the Recruitment function.
• Assist the Recruitment Manager with monitoring & reviewing business processes & working arrangements to provide a cost effective, high quality service for customers, whilst ensuring the Bank's recruitment & selection processes meet the highest professional standards & result in appointment of the best candidate.
• Compile, monitor and check information as required.
• Support all HR Service Unit functions when necessary.
• Attend Recruitment events and initiatives through the country as necessary.
• Represent SAMBA during the "Career Day Events" arranged by local and international universities and institutions.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions with students Cooperative Training Program.
• Ensure that all new hires employment documentation is complete according to HR Policy guidelines.
• Making sure the compliance process is adhered.
• Act as a Recruitment Processing Officer in supervising recruitment clerks performing filing, typing and record keeping duties.
• Assist in the process of the Samba Professional Program hiring.
• Assist in the Compensation fitment preparation.
• Review employment applications and CVs to select candidates meeting the Bank qualifications.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, considerations and selection.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities in the Bank.
• Advice managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Data Management, Manage and arrange all the applications in the Unit, to hand them to the follow up agents.
• Approve new employees profiles and supervise details input process into the system.
