Supporting customers / employees and solving their problems by attending the calls, replying to e-mails and if needed visiting the site to get the issue cleared.
Opening support tickets, assigning them to the corresponding support engineer and following up until getting the problem solved then closing the ticket.
Developing my personal level in the related supported S/W programs and OS on the way increase the support department capabilities.
Completing multiple certificates directly associated with the support functionality.
Introducing the support work flow and rules to the potential customers.
Providing help and guidance to the employees and customers for getting their Issues solved.
Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services
Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
