L2 Support for Middleware system at Alrajhi Bank.
Part of production support team which support API gateway
and ESB and ODS.
Support day to day operation activities which is not limited to:
Monitor the application and perform health check, investigate
production issues and act based on them, extracting application
logs and analyzing it, report production bugs and enhancement
to L3.
Participate in On-Call rotations.

financial transactions between a merchant's bank and
the card issuer bank.
•Managing mada application including, mada switch, madaPay, TMS, and CPS systems.
•Monitor the environment and all integration with banks and NSP.
•Working with project management to onboard new projects and ensure proper deployment into production.
•Present production changes in CAB.

Provide support to production environment of EAI and ePayment in stc.
Deploy changes into production environment.
Report bugs and enhancements to development team. Participate in DR drill activities.
Create automation alerts using webMethods.
Handle all digital payments such as SADAD, VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and stc Pay.
Monitor payments and act accordingly for uncompleted payments.
Response to Incidents within SLA.
Work with other operation teams such as CRM, ODS, Billing, eChannel and Network.
Perform administration tasks on Integration Server (IS) such as, creating JDBC adapters, SMS adapters, schedulers, ports, keystores, WS alias etc.
Work in shifts 24/7.

-Server OS Installation on virtual or physical with basic security tools.
-Providing technical support to server owners and addressing server owner issues related to the operating system.
-Installing, configuring and managing system related software packages and third party packages.
-Providing 24/7on-call support to avoid downtime and ensure fast resolution of problems.
-Ensure all servers information are up to date in GCMDB.
