Duties and Responsibilities
• Contributed in supervision of startup and commissioning for District cooling plant for Jubail Industrial College.
• Developed technical query (TQ) response for several projects.
• Performed technical submittal (TS) review for instrumentation system for several projects.
• Prepare responses to Contractor and Vendor request for information (RFI).
• Participated in conducting site visit and prepared site visit observation report for several routing slip.
• Participated in performing technical review for 10%, 30%, 90% &100% design package including drawings, calculations, specifications and bid documents.
- Process flow diagram (PFD)
- Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&ID)
- Instrument block diagram, loop diagrams, interconnection drawings,
installation details & drawings, cable & conduit.
- SCADA, RTU, PLC, HMI
• Participated in conducting quality audit on AE office and developed quality report.
• Participated in conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to ensures Safety and Quality of equipment.
General maintenance of Royal Commission buildings.
Calibration and Troubleshooting of analyzers (NO-NO2-NOx Analyzer, SO2 Analyzer).
