perspective.
Scope: obtaining the right talents with the right competencies to the business unit,
ensuring the business unit employees are getting the required training and
development, setting up the departments KPIs, activating the employees
performance system (Success Factor), developing the Appraisal system and bonus
Scheme, ensuring Policy and procedures are in place, Authority Matrix deployment.
Direct reportees: 2 specialists.

Bakery, Pastries & Frozen Vegetables Production Manager.
Scope: Responsible to deliver the required volume as per the SFC, managing 2
producƟon areas with over 200 employees.
Direct reportees: 5 supervisors.

Study, Develop and Automate the Factorys Production Lines, Delivering
Efficiency and high lines performances, improving lines Reliability and BOM,
Manpower reduction to improve the Productivity.
