In my career in Jubail airport I've trained 8 persons on air traffic control works (tower).
all of them hold Tower license now. and VIP Coordinator.
at King Fahad International Airport, 3 months OJT,
and then 3 months work ATC (Ground, Tower) to get ATC tower license.
