Worked closely with clients to collect server requirements and ensure that their needs were met in a timely and efficient manner.
Oversaw the deployment and maintenance of VMware vSphere infrastructure, ensuring that systems were configured and maintained to meet performance and availability requirements.

• Handled accountability towards the configuration and installation of Cisco switches, routers in line with the requirements of the organization.
• Monitored all tasks related to the configuration and installation of 3750 and 2960 Series Switches, 6500 and 4500 Series Core Switches, 2900 Series Router.
• Provided supervision to technicians in carrying out their respective installation tasks, and guided them as and when required.
• Participated in several projects during the tenure, and was involved in gathering client’s network requirements.
• Managed issues and complaints received regarding network hardware or configuration related errors, by deploying effective troubleshooting approach.
