Independently manage day-to-day functions of F&A, deal with the Bank for routine transactions, handle cash and bank accounts, checking and recording of receipts/deposits, book keeping and general ledger maintenance, monthly closing and reporting, annual closing and audit, ensure Company F&A policies and procedures are in place and complied with, checking manual receipt voucher, verification of local purchases, recording, requesting for payment processin, reconcilliation and resolving issues with suppliers if any, disbursement of payments as per approval, managing

Key Accountability
• Close monthly books of accounts and participate in various accounting and Financial statements as per central accounts schedule.
• Prepare periodical reports and provide to central accounts and corporate planning in time.
• Owns the area of customers discounts and credit advices including the budget tracking involved in it.
• Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures (eg. expenses, provisions, etc.).
• Liaise with external and internal auditors.
• Coordinate implementation of accounting and control procedures.
• Coordinate with IT in improving, enhancing system capabilities.
• Plan and schedule work of clerical staff, accountants and senior accountants.petty cash
