Key Responsibilities - HR Admin Profile
• Guide junior executives in the department to complete background and reference checks during recruitment drives and supervise data inputting, updating and maintaining of employee records in the internal database.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory / labor laws of the KSA region and oversee completion of paperwork mandated by regulatory authorities for social security insurance processing.
• Verify availability of all documents / work permits / visas for new hires migrating from other countries / regions and maintain detailed records of all employees (immediate contacts, permanent address, official nominee details etc.)
• Lead the maintenance of records and files for the HR function, keep applications on file for prescribed timelines and build a pool of prospective employees.
• To Lead the medical checkup and medical insurance for the new entrants to enable them to apply for the work and residence permits.
• Ensured that Company rights are protected in all legal agreements/documents entered between the Company and other parties in any regard by assisting in the selection of lawyers and agencies; drafting and getting the approval of the Company legal Advisor; coordinating legal action taken in local cases related to business activity and personnel issues.
• Responsible for issuing recommendation letters to secure visas from different embassies; Follow up the visa process till end.
• Lead all registrations and implementation with HRDF to support Saudi employees in salary and training.

Key Responsibilities - Contract Management
• Lead all logistic internal and external to export or import shipment to insure all shipment are compliance with trade terms & conditions and manage the import part duty exemption.
• Manage the building and to be insure that all facilities and services are meeting the HSE Requirement.
• Ensure that the decisions taken regarding the contract administration activities are optimal for the delivery of the company goals.
