• Instrumental in registering revenue growth that surpassed 66% and a net profit growth that exceeded 218% in comparison to the estimated revenue budget allocated for the fiscal year 2023.
• Successfully implementing development strategies in the field of general aviation and recommended innovative solutions to the Council.
• Functioned as figurehead of the Club, responsible for steering the Club and ensuring that the practices and policies in place, result in a thriving aviation community.
• Served as Club Ambassador in local, regional, and international conferences and meetings.
• Entrusted with the prestigious honor of hosting the 118th Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) General Conference. Overseeing the meticulous preparation of proposed venues, which have received ceremonial approval from esteemed FAI authorities. Scheduled to convene this landmark event from November 19th to 21st, 2024, in Riyadh, KSA.
• Secured GACAR certificate (Part 139) for the Saudi Aviation Club's Airport in Ar Rass, Qassim region.
• Expedited the renewal of the 3-year delinquent PART-139 Thumamah Airport certificate, successfully securing its approval within a compressed 1-month period.
• Currently securing an MRO license at Ath Thumamah Airport. Following GACA Part 145 guidelines, progressing through four stages, with two successfully completed.

• Commanding planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the internal departments of the club, managing the legislation, establishing the club policy, and directing implementation of final decisions on major projects and plans.
• Presiding over day-to-day operations of the club. Advancing organization’s essential mission & business goals through use of technology, team-building and creative problem-solving in the development of effective strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Creating and executing exciting, interesting events for the club constituency.
• Representing the club/members before the official and governmental authorities regarding the club activities.
• Promoting the club, along with recruiting new members, and engaging members in programs and events.

• Collaborated with Saudi Air Navigation Services “SANS” and relevant authorities to establish and execute aircraft procedures for take-off, landing, departure, and approach at Jubail Naval Base Airport. Secured approval and successfully implemented the procedures, enabling seamless operations without any disruption to King Fahad International Airport in Dammam.
• Partnered with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, along with other relevant authorities, to designate a section of the Naval Airport at the Royal Commission in Jubail for civil and commercial activities. Which aided in propelling business expansion and enticing international and multinational companies to the region.

Responsibilities:
• Drove the culture of optimizing operations, built next-generation operations model for all tactical and operational aspects related to naval aviation.
• Planned/supervised all aviation operation/training programs/events/exercise in partnership with the Naval Aviation's operation staff and Aviation Groups directors across all Naval aviation sites.
