From JAN 2019 to August 2020.
Duties and Responsibilities as Security & Traffic coordinator:
• Handle the team of security officers that are assigned to him.
• Arrange and manages all the shifts, weekly offs, leaves etc.
• Manages the work schedule of the Security team effectively to cover the Site and Camp.
• Assign security officers their duties and they themselves have to be in charge of monitoring the CCTVs.
• Make an inspection and cover all the vulnerable spots.
• Prepare reports for the security agency on the happenings that take place in their workplace.
• Make surprise inspections to see if all security officers are in their assigned locations.
• If any incident does take place, inform the authorities to avoid legal problems that could take place in the future.
• Responsible for all that happenings during my shift and make reports on all of them.
• Train all the new security officers regarding all the security protocols of the Agency.
• Arrange the documents of all employees required by Clients for preparation of Contractor ID.
• Attends Weekly Meeting with Client as per required by Traffic and Security Department.
• Investigates and submit reports of Traffic Accidents and/or Security Incidents such as Pilferages or Verbal / Physical Altercation between workers.
• Participates in Traffic Campaign promoted by Client’s Traffic Department.
• Checks and ensure road worthiness of company vehicles and advise to Transport Department for discrepancies.
• Ensure that all drivers have signed the Declaration of Safe Driving Commitment and regularly assess the competency of drivers.
• Putting in place security precautions to limit the spread of the Corona virus (COVID 19).

(Under the ARAMCO Supervision & handling more than 10, 000 Employees)
Duties and Responsibilities as Housing Supervisor (Camp Supervisor):
• Supervising the employees and housekeepers to maintain a good accommodation for every employee as per Aramco standard and CSM (Construction Safety Manual Saudi Aramco).
• Also I have good knowledge regarding inspection and use of firefighting system like fire extinguisher, Hose reel, smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler system and fire hydrant system.
• Coordinate with HR & Transport department to transfer the employees from camp to work location.
• Solving the employees problems and provide the best solution.
• Making material request for the Housing and finish the work within the given time period.
• Maintain safety for the housing as per Aramco Standard and CSM.
• Supervision of the rooms and camps to maintain housekeeping.
• Organizing the transfers of new employees to their respected rooms and updating the availability of rooms on every building.
• Register the information of the employees staying in the camp in oracle system.
• Maintaining the peace and order in every camp by reminding the employees about the house rules and regulations.
• Responsible on monitoring and NOT tolerating the production or distribution of illegal substances like liquor or illegal drugs on every camp.
• Responsible for providing the required materials specifically for Environment Health and Pest. Control Department of all housing camps of Azmeel in all parts of Saudi Arabia.
Learned most of the maintenance procedures through an engineer from
Van Aarsen Company by which Feed Co plant was installed.
o Supervised the maintenance works in the early stage of my job.
o Learned how to order parts from the manufacture of Feed Co plant.
o Occasionally, run the plant and monitored the quality.
o Trained some group of workers, technicians and engineers.
* Participated in the third conference for poultry producers held last June 2010 in Riyadh.
Completed The Training Course in Poultry Production in Fakieh Poultry Farms - Training Center. Also Completed The Training Course in NADEC
