1) Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in water and Gas Supply
authorities in the areas being defined by management before or through ongoing project.
• Identify potential projects (new, maintenance, or through real state).
• Prepare company qualification and technical material submittals for ongoing projects.
• Secure qualification and material approvals in projects.
• Coordinate with AVK Product management department to secure optimal product selection.
• Responsible to Prepare forms for Inquiry (Requesting a quotation), Booking orders, orders’ cancellation, or
returning goods.
• Negotiation and closing deals.
• Achieving weekly, monthly reports through CRM (Dynamics 365) for quotes, Project opportunities, and activities.
• Securing orders and delivery times, which complying with AVK standard and customer requirements.
• Responsible for securing and collecting payments in line with company policy and monthly reporting finance and
commercial direction dept with updates.
• Execute various assignments as directed by the line manager or commercial director, contributing to the overall
success of the team and company.
